Helped us pick the perfect carpet and the pricing was fair with zero hidden fees. The installation crew, (led by owner) arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and paid massive attention to detail—the seams are completely invisible and the transitions look sharp. They left the house spotless when they were done. If you want high-quality work and an stress-free process, look no further!

Strictly installed about ~800 SQ Ft of new carpet in two rooms + three sets of stairs. From Xavier's initial consultation, to Jessica in the Sales office, to Joe and the install team, Strictly demonstrated professionalism across the board. The carpet+pad installed are a quality product and fairly priced. I'd recommend giving Strictly a look for your flooring needs.

We had a great experience with Strictly Carpet and Flooring! Xavier went above and beyond—he came to our house after hours with samples, to measure the space, and sent me a quote within 24 hours. They were also the only company (out of five we quoted) that offered to send samples so we could compare 3–4 colors in our space. We definitely got the perfect carpet color, quality and at a honest price. No crazy sales tactics or making phone calls during the initial consult to bring the price down etc.

Jordan was so helpful with the contract, billing, and was very patient with me in office as I was between two colors. She was also very quick to respond to all my emails and phone calls. Joe, the owner and installer, did an amazing job—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Joe and his team were great! Truly loved the family-owned experience. We needed to replace our carpet in our bedroom and stairway & landing to the basement. On February 17, Joe and Xavier showed up on time and installed the carpet. Beautiful job in the bedroom, the stairway looked fantastic. Joe tucked and tacked the carpet to the bottom of the treads (our old carpet was not tucked) looks so much better.
I definitely will use Strictly Carpet & Flooring and definitely would recommend them to others!

Strictly Carpet was extremely accommodating when the carpet was installed back in 2021. Great experience. A couple spots had minor ripples 4 years later and they came and re- stretched the carpet under warranty, quickly and efficiently. Great operation thanks!

This was the only estimate where they researched our current underlayment situation and we received a clear and fair bid. The installation process was great; they were neat, organized and quick.
